About

I started this blog as an opportunity to process life, all from the familiar landscape of my gardens. There is nothing special about my gardens except that they are mine. They are the places where I practice mindfulness. When I work in them, I feel connected to the world, I assimilate information and process new ideas.

I believe that, for each of us, TIME is our most precious commodity, and how we spend it matters. I plan to use it to sow seeds of Compassion, Curiosity, Connection and Courage.

Compassion – Acknowledging the experiences of others and walking alongside them in a supportive way.

Curiosity – Asking questions and exploring experiences that broaden my perspectives.

Connection – Understanding other people’s stories and perspectives in order to strengthen the bonds between us.

Courage – Acknowledging my own fears and stepping into new or difficult situations in order to grow.
